BC-TMH: Board Certified - Telemental Health Training Content $50.00 per module
New College Institute is providing these courses in collaboration with the Center for Credentialing and Education
Video-based telemental health is a rapidly growing field spanning multiple mental health disciplines. Today’s mental health professionals seek the best practices and credibility to offer safe and effective services to their clients. The Board Certified–Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH) credential is designed to meet this need. The BC-TMH gives mental health providers the training, knowledge, and credibility that clients and employers demand.
Qualifying individuals who complete the Board Certified - Telemental Health training content are eligible to apply for the Board Certified – Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH) credential.
Each completed course has 1 CE with NBCC ACEP-801.
Courses can be taken individually. A certificate of completion can be obtained once the learning outcome conditions are met for each course.

The Certified Telehealth Coordinator (CTC) Certification Program is designed to provide skills to correctly and confidently coordinate virtual encounters with physicians and a variety of specialists.
TLC: Telehealth Liaison Certificate $99.00
The Telehealth Liaison Certificate (TLC) is designed so that its learners who complete this training will have the telehealth skills and knowledge required to successfully serve as a leader, promoter, and marketer in the telehealth industry.
Telehealth and HIPAA $18.00
As telehealth programs expand nationwide, it is important for facilities providing telehealth services to be familiar, and compliant, with the established Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. This course is designed to ensure telehealth professionals have a strong understanding of the guiding provisions of the HIPAA laws pertaining to Professional Health Information (PHI), distribution and protection of PHI, as well as how HIPAA applies in the telehealth setting.
Foundations of Telehealth $95.00
The Foundations of Telehealth is an overview course designed to provide clinicians, healthcare teams, technologists, administrators and public policy experts with a broad-based summary of telehealth, and the technical, professional, regulatory and financial considerations affecting the delivery of services. The Foundations in Telehealth course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of current technologies and care delivery models and an introduction to the public policies that inform telehealth practice.
